To start using all the features Jobchain has to offer, you need to create a user account. In this article, we will show you the necessary steps to create a Jobchain account and start using the platform.
Step 1: Login to the Jobchain website
The first thing you need to do is to access the Jobchain website at https://www.jobchain.com/. Once there, use the ‘Create your Personal Account’ option.
Step 2: Complete the registration form
A registration form will open and you will be asked to provide some basic information.
First, you must enter your email address (please use a valid email address, as you will need to validate it).
You will receive a confirmation email with a link in your inbox (If you do not receive the email, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder).
The next step will be your mobile phone number. When you click on ‘Continue’ you will receive an SMS with a code that you must enter on the next screen.
You must now enter some personal details. First of all, please indicate your nationality, first name and surname (as they appear on your identity papers) and date of birth.
Secondly, please indicate your current residence (remember to inform us of any future change of residence).
Finally, you must set your PIN to access the platform. It must contain 6 numeric digits (you will need to confirm the PIN you have selected).
In order to proceed you will need to enter the same PIN code on both occasions. Keep this code safe as you will need it to log in and operate within Jobchain. Remember not to share this code with anyone.
At this stage, the last step is to verify your identity.
Step 3: Identity verification
Before completing the registration form, you will need to verify your identity in order to use the Jobchain platform. The identity verification process may vary depending on the user's location and different documents are required depending on whether you are an individual or a company. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
Once the whole process is completed, our team will review your registration and contact you with the final result.
